MEET DR. SCENA B. WEBB
I have spent my life leading inside systems that were often eager to define success for the people within them.
I served 21 years in the United States Navy. I later became a federal executive with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Along the way, I earned a doctorate in organizational leadership, coached leaders across 26 federal agencies, mentored doctoral learners, supported veterans in transition, and accumulated more than 7,500 hours of professional coaching.
But my work is not simply the product of my titles.
It was shaped by the moments when I had to decide whether I would compromise what I brought to gain access—or trust the value I already carried.
Today, I help leaders recognize their value, think clearly in consequential moments, and lead without surrendering their identity. I do not give people a new version of themselves to perform. I help them hear, trust, and lead from the person who was already there.
