All coaching, consulting, and training services provided by Scena’s Solutions LLC are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

For prepaid programs, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if no services have been delivered.

Digital products, training materials, and memberships are non-refundable.
